Pricing Corrections
Print-on-demand base costs and marketplace fees change frequently. If a figure on this site does not match what you see in your provider dashboard or marketplace fee statement, please tell us. Include the provider, product, and the price you are seeing. Pricing corrections are prioritized above all other messages, because an outdated number directly misleads sellers setting retail prices.
Calculator Requests
If there is a print-on-demand provider, marketplace, or product category you would like added to the calculator, let us know. We prioritize additions based on how many sellers are affected.
What We Cannot Help With
We are not affiliated with Printify, Printful, Gelato, CustomCat, Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon, and we cannot assist with account issues, order problems, refunds, shipping delays, or policy disputes on those platforms. Contact the provider or marketplace directly for anything involving your account or a specific order.
We also do not provide business, tax, or legal advice, and we do not review individual store strategies.
